Back to Norwich - 12th July 2011

I’m home from Costa Rica and what a beautiful welcome back to Norwich yesterday –

Finally got to see my ‘ShopArtNorwich’ display window on Westlegate Street in the city, looking really great, all put together and hung by the very helpful staff at Norwich Arts Centre. It should be on show there for a few months. So keep your eyes up at all 4 shop fronts along the road next time you are wandering up that street. Some great art from local based Norwich artists. All three paintings in my shop window are for sale - please contact me if you are interested.

AND...
At the opening of the Elements ‘Material Worlds’ Exhibition in the Forum last night I sold all three of my paintings in the show. The winner of the Bayer prize was an excellent painting of a strange world of paper elephants and plastic palm trees and a well deserved winner. The turnout was really great, lots of old NUCA familiar faces around not to mention the well deserved wine for everyone’s hard work and yummy canapés (Isn’t that what private views are all about?!)

The exhibition runs until the 28th of July, so drop into the Forum for a peek if you have a chance. Although my work is all sold, I still have more available in this series for sale, so do contact me if you are interested. Anyway, that’s enough blog for now. Until next time...
